In 2012 I started to house hack before this was coined a term! I was hooked on real estate from this moment. Since then, I've done a few live in flips and now am house hacking again, this time with 1920's multi-family properties in the Minneapolis, MN market. Used the BRRRR method via these multi-families and looking to continue. I am interested in continuing to acquire multi-family properties and am focused more on cash flow vs. short term appreciation. Hoping to connect with other investors, property managers, and mentors on this platform!
