Hello BiggerPockets family! My name is John and I am starting out as a brand new investor. I decided to go with the real estate route because I believe in the opportunity that it provides for someone who wants to create long term wealth. My goals with real estate is to eventually have 10,000+ units of rental properties in my portfolio (Yes, that goal may be big, but it's better to set big goals over small goals any day).
