I am the Chief Development Officer for a national car wash chain. We own and operate over 70 locations. I also am looking to build a personal portfolio of rental properties. I, like most people on BP, love the world of real estate. I want to connect with people in this sphere and be an active part of the community. Ideally, I will have a mix of STR, MTR and LTR properties. I bought my first STR in 2010 in the mountains of Utah. Along the way I have flipped properties and operated STRs.
