John Whitfield

Hi, my name is John, and I am a real estate investor. I am a full time colorectal surgeon, and while I love what I do, I decided at age 40 to branch out, break free of the W-2 income dependence, and begin building passive income streams. I have set a series of goals over the next decade with the final goal being complete financial independence. My goal is to generate enough passive income to obtain FI so that I have the freedom to spend more time with my family, wherever we want to be. I've set a 10 year goal to accomplish this. I am married to my wife Heather, and we have a son, Archer. They are both fully on board with the real estate journey, and my son is particularly excited about it. So it's all in for this family!
