I am an investor who owns residential & multi-family portfolio (duplexes) in Hollywood and Clearwater, FL. I am here to network with other investors in order to work up into multi-family apartment building acquisitions. Specifically, I would like to create value for others by mentoring on how to get into real-estate and building a nice single family/multi-family portfolio. In turn, I seek to build relationships with investors who have experience with commercial multi-family acquisitions. I am also seeking to build relationships with a Florida CPA---savvy to real-estate tax advantages---and a hard money/private lenders on the commercial side.
