I'm a new investor just closing on my first deal. I'm excited about getting into real estate investing. I'm looking to grow my knowledge, skills, & portfolio to be able to have a secure financial future for my family. I've been researching investing techniques for many years & specifically real estate investing heavily through books & podcasts for about a year & a half.
