My wife and I own and manage 130 units close by the Iowa State University campus, mostly multi-family. We started our own property management company January 2019 and are glad we made the move to self management. Relationship, resourcefulness and results is where I excel! When working with me, you’re working with a homeowner, property manager, business owner, investor and consultant all in one. Some folks call me a catalyst and others call me a counselor, either way I love making things happen. The satisfaction of navigating a property and maximizing its potential is my primary motivator. We're a one stop shop for all things real estate in Ames and Story County from residential resale, lots, new construction design/build, property management and income property sales.
