My name is JoJo for short. I started my real estate journey at 21 when I purchased my first home foreclosed , flipped & held , to be a rental property . Fast forward to now, when I am not being a Nurse or a wife I help buyers find amazing deals with high profitability. I landscape for investors/flippers & homeowners. Landscaping is a major expertise for me as well. Currently have two rental properties intend to gain more in due time. Being a nurse during the pandemic has had me busy to the point I could only wholesale deals. I do all my remodel work with my husband and father.
