Hi everyone! I am an Arizona licensed real estate agent with Aurumys. I specialize in sourcing investment properties (fix & flips, fix & rentals, turnkey rentals, MFH, land, condos, and townhomes) for my large investor/agent network that spans across the state. I get anywhere from 10-15 deals on contract every week (majority being off-market).
