My wife and I are just getting started in real estate investing, property development and property management. I am a Physician Assistant by training and am currently working in Emergency Medicine. My wife is a critical care nurse, working part time and managing our rental properties on the side along with taking care of our two children. We recently completed our first subdivision, consisting of 10 SFHs. All of them are currently rented and cash flow positive. We are looking to continue to expand our rental properties through buy and hold, as well as new developments, with a goal of 1031 exchanging into more SFHs and mid sized multi family properties in the future. We are focused on the Southern Oregon Market at this time.
