I'm in my mid 20s, and a full-time engineer at a large aerospace engineering contractor company looking to find opportunity for supplemental investment income, and eventually self employment. I grew up in the booming southern California real estate market, and watched homes quadruple in value while I went through school. This perspective gave me the notion of how valuable real estate can be, but without the understanding of the cash flow concept.
