I'm a newbie from Miami, Florida working on getting into multifamily/real estate investing. Working towards the ultimate goal "Financial Freedom". I don't have passive income from real estate right now but i want to get there. I've joined/learned about Biggerpockets through the Biggerpockets podcast with Josh Dorkin, Brandon Turner and David Greene, and i wanted to be part of the community.
