Born and raised in the bustling area of JAMAICA Queens studied Electical Mechanical Enginerring, Electronics,and hvac but never graduated from any of those institutions. Always was around real estate before I even knew what the term meant. I Was taught from my grandfather(JOE.B) and grandmother(CHRISTINE) who managed to buy two single family homes and one duplex all in the same vicinity . They never rented just held properties as family grew. Well when the time came my twin sister and I had to make some decisions. I had a small scrap metal/transport business that got me looking at the other sIde of the deals I was being contracted to remove debri from and I intended with all my will to transfer myself to that side of that equation. And this is where the real story began in the investment realm. Fast forward through struGgles drama dissappOintment heartache dispair etc.lol my sister and I are landlords and have twin mulifamily houses right next to Each other one our grandparents we renovated while i finished basement and resided under tenants for a few years and the other a identical house where the owner had passed and left estate, we bought renovated and got new leases on units. We are consistently dealing with issues but coNtinue to look for partners ,new information and great deals where we can add value to the community while expanding our legacy portfolio.
