Still a baby when it comes to investing in Real Estate, but have done a few deals and are currently active :) I really love the idea of Passive income and look to use any flip profits to fund rental acquisitions. I love to learn and read/Listen to audio books to increase my financial IQ. Always looking for good lenders, deals, and advice from those who are far beyond me currently.
