I am the director of a private real estate investment group operating out of the Seattle area. We have been transitioning out of managed assets and into Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) to facilitate generational holdings so our investors can make their own decisions when it comes to tax obligations at divestment. It has been a very interesting process and while there have been a few bumps, it is overall a highly successful shift for our operation. Personally, I also invest in dividend stocks and options, films, music licensing funds, and product design concepts.
