I manage the blog nnnresource.com which is a resource center for single tenant net lease investing. I enjoy providing value to others and being a resource in helping them accomplish THEIR dreams and aspirations. I hold a Bachelors of Science degree from Brigham Young University (BYU – go Cougs!) with a major in Business Management and a Finance emphasis. I’m a CCIM Designee, a licensed real estate broker in both the state of Idaho and Washington, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
