I started my real estate career about 15 years ago. Over the course of 7 years I bought and sold 8 houses and kept 5 as rentals. I made some good money... Until the market crashed in 2008. I was over leveraged and saw all of my equity disappear. I dumped/lost 4 of my rental properties and kept one which I still have today. I have been inactive since 2009, but I am looking to get back in and use my experience to build long term wealth thru real estate.
