My professional experience is rooted in residential and commercial financing, including conventional and hard money lending. Having successfully structured and processed more than 1,000 transactions—including purchases, refinances, and short sales—I bring a deep understanding of the lending process. My background as a former banker and processor has given me valuable insight into lending guidelines, underwriting requirements, and how financial institutions evaluate loan applications, while keeping each client’s goals and best interests at the forefront. Working closely with experienced underwriters has strengthened my ability to analyze complex financing scenarios, anticipate potential challenges, and structure transactions effectively. I am highly detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a strong focus on communication, transparency, and delivering a smooth lending experience from application through closing. A significant part of our business is dedicated to helping veterans and their families secure first-time and repeat VA financing for primary residences and investment properties. I take great pride in serving those who have served our country and providing personalized guidance throughout the lending process.
