About myself
I started my REI with my primary residence that I completely remodeled while occupying from 2006-2013, then turning into a rental in 2013. I have a background in construction since high school, later running a part time construction business while working as a city fireman. Moving to the NOLA area and working in the oil industry has positioned me well to find properties and have income to more easily invest. 2020 will be my year to expand my REI by focusing on the BRRRR method, fix/flips, and eventually acquiring multi-unit rentals.
