Hi everyone, my name is Josh and I am a husband to my amazing wife and also a father to a very smart little 6 year old boy. My family and I love spending time together and enjoying things such as fishing, going to the park, and trying new locally-owned restaurants. I have joined BiggerPockets to gain education in hopes of buying my first investment property.
