Joshua Eugene

Since I graduated with my bachelors in Accounting in 2015, I've been a corporate Internal Auditor for a Caesars Entertainment. In 2017, I was doing bookkeeping on the side for a few local business until I received a client that invested in Real Estate. Not only was this client 3 years younger then me, his success and passionate was something that I admired. As i researched the tax codes for his business, Real Estate gave so many tax advantages that I was able to take his business to the next level which gave me a sense of joy and passion that I have not felt since I graduated. Since then, other then reading bookkeeping and Real Estate books, I joined BiggerPockets in order to further educate myself to that I can deliver more to my clients. As of late 2020, I also became an investor. What better retirement plan is their other then one that "mainly" takes care of itself. When I'm not working or investing, I enjoy helping as many bookkeepers/accountants as I can. I truly enjoy helping small businesses keep track of their expenses so that they can get more back in their taxes.
