I've been investing in a few buy and hold rental properties since 2005. I've recently doubled down on real estate investing by opening a remodelling company that focuses on fixing and flipping mid to low income real estate. We currently own and manage five residential rental properties and are looking tongrow our portfolio substantially over the next few years to increase our cash flow. We just opened websites for our company, a buyer site, and a seller site. I'm looking to learn more about creative financing and wholesaling. We just sent out our first 50 mailings to a highly sorted, specific list looking for motivated sellers.
