Joshua Meehan

I am a licensed Contractor in the state of New Jersey. My company is Meehan Contracting LLC. I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge about real estate through being a contractor and working with various investor. I am constantly trying to grow and develop more efficient ways to be a better man, both in business and in life. Experience: My experience in real estate comes mostly from my professional experience as a contractor. I am still a novice in terms of investing but through research and constantly educating myself, I hope to move beyond novice. Real Estate Goals: My long term goals in real estate is to use my professional skills as a contractor to flip houses and eventually grow my business and become a builder. Currently, I am grappling with the prospect of obtain my realtor license and sell as a part-time endeavor. Currently Seeking: I am seeking new creative ways in which to navigate the real estate world, particularly in New Jersey, and learn how to leverage myself to become successful.
