Jo Turner

As a proud Army veteran and military spouse, I’ve traveled all over the U.S. and abroad but am thrilled to call breathtaking North Idaho home. Having moved 15 times, I’m very familiar with the moving process. We bought our first house in 2003. When the military sent us packing, we kept that first house as a rental and my passion for real estate investing was born. Every time we moved to a new city, I would do my best to find a foreclosure or a house we could add value to. After a lot of live-in flips and lessons learned along the way, we are now happily settled in North Idaho. My personal focus is SFR buy and holds in great school districts, dabbling with a vacation rental and the occasional flip. I got my real estate license in 2016 and fell in love with helping other investors achieve their goals as well. In my personal life, I am the lucky mom to my two amazing kids, Sydney and Maverick, and wife to my adventurous husband, Damien, a pilot for Lifeflight medical services. We are definitely an outdoorsy family and love to camp, fish, hike, and float down the gorgeous Coeur d'Alene river on a hot summer day. I'm also an artist and often have my work featured in downtown galleries and restaurants in Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane.
