Moved to Santa Monica 2 years ago to join a tech startup in the real estate industry www.agentace.com. Additionally bought my first home (primary residence) shortly after moving here. Between work and the home purchase I've quickly jumped into the industry. I am now interested in furthering my skills, knowledge, and connections to begin investing in real estate. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for months, but now my focus has become more obsessive as I look to make my first leap into investing. I'm well versed in project management, creative problem solving, and quantitative analysis given my background at my current start up, strategy consulting, and civil engineering.
