Recently transferred to the Denver Metro area by way of Dallas, TX, my husband and I are attempting to ditch our day jobs in 7-10 years by becoming real estate investors. We're closer to 40 than 30 with two kids, and the future is looking expensive, so we're determined to create some passive income streams to supplement our lifestyle, assist with college, travel more, live comfortably, and ensure a stable retirement.
