My name is James and I'm new to investing in real estate. I understand in order to be successful. I need to surround myself with successful people. That's why I'm here! I've worked for several investors in the Louisville area. I watch these people rehab/flip buy and sell on a regular basis. I'm a licensed plumber that has worked on several multi million dollar projects. I've always been interested in real estate investing. But never had the "guts"(cash/credit)to do it on my own! So here I am with a "Can do" attitude. I'm not looking to get rich, just "Bigger Pockets" but if it happens then great! I'm still looking for my first deal. Any and all advice will be appreciated.
