Jeremy Shaffer

Hey! I don't technically consider myself a handyman, but I'm not a GC (nor do I wish to become one), so this seemed like the most appropriate selection available. I live and work in Asheville, where I mainly focus on carpentry, repair, and restoration work. I prefer to fix things than to replace, when and where possible, and I LOVE working on older buildings. I work by myself and approach things from more of a caretaker perspective than that of simple transactional work. Relationships are important. All that said, I'm looking to start buying and rehabbing soon. That may be by myself or with a partner. I've been building out rental spaces and additions for clients for years now and I'm looking forward to start doing it for myself. (I need to add these photos to my social accounts and here, as well.)
