Jerry Simmons

I started investing in real estate back in 1982 when I was in the Navy. I grew up in the industry, my father is a lifelong and very successful real estate investor. I started investing full time in 2003, when I fired my boss at the Federal Aviation Administration. I am currently buying, selling and holding single-family homes in Central Florida and Charleston, SC. I'm also aggressively looking at multifamily properties in Florida and South Carolina.
