My name is Joseph, but I go by JT. I currently live in Chicago and have been living here for 6 years. I am motivated with an appetite to learn how I can make money work for you. I started my own business in IT Project Management Consulting approximately 3 months ago with a focus on infrastructure initiatives for various clients. I have always been interested learning about the basics of real estate as I do not want to be in the IT industry until retirement. I do not have any knowledge about real estate, but I'm looking to obtain a foundation via self-paced and network with new people alike. My goal would be to have enough capital to live a comfortable lifestyle. Although comfortable is different for many people, I have specific goals I would like to obtain.
