I'm a business owner of 13 years in the Motorcycle Industry. We are now starting to Invest in Real Estate. A little over a year ago I started learning and studying on Real Estate Investing. On how we could get started and what would be best for our Family. We did not think of our own properties as investments. Until I found that a home we had given to a Family member was three months behind on the mortgage and already going into Foreclosure. We have now taken the home back, and have started our rehab on the home. I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason, good or bad! Now this home has jumped off our venture into Investing in Real Estate.
