Newbie investor with a few experiences with REI. Interested in Flips, BRRR, working my way to buy&hold and multi-families. I've been running my own 6 figure photography company between NYC and DFW for 20 years. Currently working on renovating an inherited home in downtown Dallas. I'd like to invest in a new flip project with an experienced investor who will let me come along for the ride to learn as much as I can. My goal is 2 homes in 2025, 4-6 in 2026- maybe a multi-family or two, scale in 2027. No business social sites yet- working on my LinkedIn
