Three years ago, I was introduced to a couple of podcasts that changed my way of thinking. They are ChooseFI and Bigger Pockets. A few month later, my husband and I decided to buy a property and flip it. That turned into 2 flips that year, followed by 5 single family homes the next two years which we held, rent and manage. Meanwhile, I got my real estate license and here I am - an agent, property manager, investor and full time corporate America mom with a plan to exit that corp rat race the close of 2020!!
