I've been interested in the power of real estate since reading everyone's favorite book as a teenager. I bought a condo 10 years ago, flipped a few homes, and own part of a mobile home park. I'm looking for multifamily and larger scale investments, but would consider single family homes and 1-4 units. As a commercial real estate appraiser, I'm not afraid of the numbers. Personally, I love staying active and going on new adventures. I enjoy tennis, volleyball, scuba diving, travel, and all the water activities. I'd love to connect with like minded folks.
