I've been a financial planner for over 20 years. I've owned my own independent financial planning firm since 2004. I also started investing rental properties in 2015. I have one VRBO single family home in Nevada that I also stay at from time to time, one single family, one townhome, 2 commercial spaces, and 3 apartment buildings with 15 units.
