Hi! My wife and I purchased our first REI duplex in Feb. 2021. Given the housing market was booming, we by accident stumbled upon an opportunity and went for it! I am a civil engineer by trade and do home improvements as a hobby. Looking to connect with other investors in the east central Minnesota area.
