I am looking for deals in the Kansas City, MO market for long-term rentals with single-family and smaller-scale multifamily. One of my goals before the year ends is to close on a deal, whether in single-family or smaller-scale multifamily. I first got into real estate investing through Rich Dad Education. I bought my first single-family in 2014 and followed up my second single-family in 2015 out of state. I still own them now, and they have been cash-flowing greatly since I refinanced for a better rate back in early 2021.
