I have a full time job as a Landscape Design/Build Consultant. My wife and I have always had an interest in real estate and have been doing live-in flips since our 2nd year of marriage. We are currently on our 4th house, which just happens to be our dream home on the lake. We definitely would not be where we’re at without the power of sweat equity and forced appreciation. We plan to stay in this home for a while and our focus is shifting to long term buy and hold rentals. I’ve currently got 3 single family homes and a duplex. I plan to use the BRRRR method to continue to add to our portfolio.
