Started our Real Estate Investment carrier with wholesaling but long term goal is to Rehab and Hold / Rent properties that we pick up along the way. Best idea is to BRRRR. I'm currently looking to JV with some private investors so I can get a jump on some of the properties we've been coming across. Real soon we will be working to obtain multi-family properties as well.
