New to Real Estate Investing, very much want to establish a passive source of income through rental properties. I trade stocks and help companies setup 401(k) plans. So have a steady income from work, extra income from trading and looking to setup further income stream from Real Estate. Learning as much as I can from BP and from RE meetups. Looking to invest in South Coast of Mass....Taunton, Fall River, Middleboro, Attleboro.
