Kamran Mirza

Kamran Mirza is the founder and Founder of Green Summit Capital and BLVD Real Estate, bringing more than 14 years of real estate experience and an additional 6 years corporate experience. Previously to his real estate career, Kamran was a finance and derivatives analyst with major firms including Citigroup, Solomon Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. Kamran was also the owner of Altanta Bread Franchise, managing over 40 employees before deciding to take his real estate passion full time. Kamran became licensed in real estate in 2008 and launched BLVD Real Estate in 2015 in his home town of Jersey City, NJ. Growing up in Jersey City as a student, landlord and now an entrepreneur, Kamran could not think of a better location to launch BLVD Realty Group, a boutique hybrid full service real estate brokerage with a mission to provide high level service with cutting edge technology. In 2020, Kamran founded and launched Green Summit Capital, an investment firm in rebuilding the communities it invests in.. Kamran is a dedicated entrepreneur and an investor focused on growing his companies growing our team and network. In his pastime, Kamran enjoys playing tennis, reading books and volunteering in his community.
