I ve got a couple of rental properties, been in the construction business for 8 years, self employed, I have worked with several people who flip houses and several real estate agents, I love real estate investing, and want to learn the smartest ways I can grow with my limited recourses, my goal is to get to a point where I m living off the passive income my rental properties are producing any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
