My sister Cornelia and I are based, respectively, in Concord, NC (near Charlotte) and Fremont, CA (San Francisco Bay Area). We partnered to buy a single family rental together in Orlando, FL. That was a while ago and we figure we owe it to our families to do some catching up and that this is a good place to start scaling things up a bit. 🙂 We are looking to invest in the NC market - somewhere between Charlotte and the Research Triangle Area. It may take a while to build up to it, but in the long run our aim is to buy and revamp multifamily units into energy efficient, ideally net zero, hiqh quality of life homes. 🌞
