I’ve had a successful career and business in the entertainment and music industry. I've chosen to live below my means in order to invest money left over from my “day job” to purchase income producing properties. I tend to choose properties that usually have some upside with room for improvement in order to gain its true potential in equity while collecting rent. I am here because there is always something new to learn and hope I can help in return as well. I am now looking to step my game up and expand my portfolio even further.
