My parents owned a 4plex. I grew up in the rental business. Was a General Contractor by trade (40+ yrs in the business). Have a mobile shop and do maintenance and repairs now. Have done flips, rehabs and rental all my life . My wife is a Realtor. Current interests are micro apartments, mid-term rentals, shared house rentals, Airbnb conversions.
