Bilingual ( Polish) University of Illinois in Chicago BS graduate, former competitive skier, and lifestyle enthusiast. Looking to find a new rest of my life adventure in the Real Estate field. The Sawa household has been in the real estate investing business for over 15 years now. I am looking to expand our possibilities and knowledge by operating at a higher more efficient and fluid level. We have multiple properties in the Sarasota, Florida area and also in Detroit and Hamtramck. I currently have a successful short term rental property that I did a full renovation on myself as well as 4 buy and hold rental properties that are between 9 - 14% annual returns. I have a strong passion for design and creating an attractive profitable short term rental property was a wonderful project that I hope to duplicate. I am currently living in Sarasota and considering launching a new career focusing solely on real estate. In early 2019 I started a renovation company called Lolek Building and Design. As part of my process to create long term wealth I wanted to have a clear understanding of all the aspects related to house flipping and with that in mind and my years of expertise in construction I started the company. We operate in the Sarasota county area and have done a number of renovations including kitchens, bathrooms, comprehensive renovations and various other related projects. As much as I enjoy working physically and strive for the challenge, after 10 years of hard-charging in the mountains my body is tired. I am keen to stay in a field that I am passionate about and look forward to a more comprehensive real estate education and career. I am very interested in meeting new people with varying and different levels of expertise in order that I may grow quickly and efficiently and also ideally create a solid group of go-to investors. In addition to networking with investors and professionals related to growing my portfolio, I am also keenly interested in finding the right team, mentor or company where I could start working as an agent. Me and my girlfriend, Mia Blais are both interested in becoming real estate agents and are currently hard at work creating a knowledge base substantial enough to be successful starting out in real estate. I would love to speak to anyone either new to the field or veterans of the industry and learn as much as possible.
