I am an active investor and real estate agent in South Texas, specifically the Rio Grande Valley. Having lived along the border from San Diego, to El Paso, Laredo and now McAllen I'm really familiar with the economic opportunities and challenges for real estate investors in this area. Experience: I originally got my license to build our own real estate portfolio but I've worked mostly with retail buyers and sellers in the residential market for the past several years. We currently own 2 SFHs and an office building that we bought with a 1031 exchange when we sold a fourplex. Now I'm focusing on increasing our own investments while also serving my real estate clients.
