I am a Real Estate Agent and Investor with a family owned Home Improvement Company. I rehab SFH's with basements in Montgomery county and Prince George's county, MD. We purchase under 300k in Rockville, Silver Spring, and Wheaton, Hyattsville, Mount Rainier, and Adelphi. Experience: I have been a licensed agent at Keller Williams Capital Properties since 2014. I have flipped 7 properties in that period of time. Real Estate Goals: I plan to double my flipping business yearly by piggybacking the rehab/listing schedule of our properties and branching out into different forms of financing. I plan to add one rental to my portfolio yearly . Currently Seeking: I am looking to increase my Network of vendors including property managers, contractors, financing, financial advisors, and lawyers. I also am seeking to increase my network of advocates willing to mentor and serve as accountability partners in mutual growth. I plan to maintain a strong core of partners who I can create new business with and refer new business too as I continue to grow my own network.
