I'm a wife and mother of 4. I have a degree in Mathematics and I chose to stay home with the kids. I love it, but I'm also in love with real estate and investing and we're finally making time in our lives to live our dream. We have been saving and we are ready to buy! We are looking for a 2-unit property in the Western Suburbs of Chicago that would need anywhere from 0-40k work done on it. We are hoping to implement the BRRR strategy, or at least buy & hold.
