I am very new to real estate investing, but as with everything in my life, I dive in 100%. I have been reading every book and watching every video I can get my hands on, and trying to meet people who are more experienced than myself. Currently I am driving for dollars and tracking down owners, viewing properties and researching refurbishing costs to better understand the process. Since I am currently renting and unmarried, my goal in the next 90 days is to find a duplex or triplex that I can house hack and begin my life in real estate investing.
